4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (DROPSHIPPING)

As a dropshipping company, we ship products directly from our international suppliers in China to provide you with the best prices.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Please note that these are estimates and external factors (e.g., customs, holidays) may cause delays.

  • Import Duties: As the importer of record, the Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply in their country.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our return process is governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our return conditions, including the requirement to return items to our international fulfillment center in China at your own expense.

6. LIABILITY AND DELIVERY RISKS

  • Tracking: We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors.

  • Third-Party Links: We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lormea  and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

8. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
