1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and package your items for international transit. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace information.

2. SHIPPING TIME & ESTIMATES

We strive to get your package to your doorstep as soon as possible. Our average shipping times are:

  • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to high demand periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), local holidays, or processing delays at customs.

3. DIRECT SHIPPING FROM SOURCE

To ensure the best price-to-quality ratio, all orders are shipped directly from our primary warehouse in China.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Since the package is shipped internationally, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact amount will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your front door via our website or global tracking platforms.

6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you notice an error in your details, please notify us at info@graceemily-dublin.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the destination once the package has been shipped.

  • Delivered Status: If the tracking information states that the package has been "Delivered" to the address provided, lormea is no longer liable for the package. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if you cannot locate a delivered package.
