At Lormea, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items purchased from our store.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Receipt Required: You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing it for extended periods is not.

  • Bulk Ordering: We do not permit "ordering for choice." This means ordering multiple sizes or colors of the same product with the intent to return most of them.

  • Timeline: Returns must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. SHIPPING & COSTS

As a transparent dropshipping retailer, please be aware of the following:

  • Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes international shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes.

  • Return Address: Please note that our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to keep prices low. Therefore, returns must be sent to our central fulfillment warehouse in China.

  • Track & Trace: We strongly recommend using a shipping method with a valid Track & Trace code. We cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost during transit.

3. THE RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notification: Contact us at info@lormea.com within 14 days of receiving your package to request a return.

  2. Instructions: Our team will provide you with the correct return form and the international return address of our supplier.

  3. Shipment: Send the package via your preferred carrier. Ensure all costs are prepaid.

  4. Verification: Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. LIABILITY & ADDRESS ERRORS

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional costs.

  • Corrections: Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Delivered Status: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information indicates that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
